Sorry to say that custom header/footer for individual page is not available in this theme at this moment. We are working on the header footer builder for future version.
But you can set custom header for individual pages if you have Elementor pro access.

If you want to choose different menu and header/footer style in every page then you have to go Customize design option from every page/edit page.
